Idyllwild Arts Academy
Introduction
Idyllwild Arts Academy was established in 1986. It is an Arts-focused private boarding school. Areas of study include Performance, Music, Dance, Film, Arts and Visual Arts, along with academic subjects. International students make up about 50% of the student body. Students are able to access opportunities to audition and are given portfolio creation assistance. Well known alumni include: Neal Beasley（Dancer), Shepard Fairy （Graphic Artist), and Cristy Candler（Actress）. Graduates go on to study at institutions and universities such as The Juilliard School, The University of Southern California, New York University, San Francisco Art Institute, and the Curtis Institute.

1986年創立のアートに力を入れたボーディングスクール。演劇、音楽、ダンス、映画制作、文芸創作、ビジュアルアートいずれかを選択して学び、ほかに高校卒業と大学出願の必要条件を満たすためのアカデミックな科目を受講する。生徒たちはクリエイティブな活動に加えて学業にも忙しい日々を送る。全校生徒の5割近くを留学生が占め、国際性豊かな生徒構成となっていて、世界中からトップアーティストを志す男女が集まっている。出願にあたってはオーディションやポートフォリオ（自作作品集）の提出が求められる。Neal Beasley（ダンサー）、Shepard Fairy（グラフィックアーティスト）、Cristy Candler（女優）などが著名な卒業生。おもな進学先はThe Juilliard School、University of Southern California、New York University、San Francisco Art Institute、Curtis Instituteなどアートの名門ばかり。
